Secure transactions
To confirm by credit card you will be taken to the online booking system, on a secure server with SSL encryption (address starting with “https”).
Payment
Credit card details are requested only to guarantee the booking: payment is made directly at the property, in cash.
Advance booking and packages
Offers marked “Advance booking – advance payment” require a deposit or full payment and cannot be cancelled.

Good to know
- Check-in
- From 14:00 to 23:00. Please let us know your arrival time in advance.
- Check-out
- From 8:00 to 11:30
- Early arrivals
- Arrivals before 14:00 are handled by the reservations manager and are subject to availability. For immediate access to the room we suggest booking from the previous night.
- Late check-out
- Until 15:00 subject to availability; until 18:00, subject to availability, with a charge of 50% of the nightly rate.
- Early departures
- 50% of the unused nights is charged, with a minimum of 1 night. In certain periods (events, special occasions) the full booked stay may be charged.
- Cancellation
- In case of no-show or cancellation from 5 to 0 days before arrival, one night is charged to the credit card guaranteeing the booking.

- Welcome at all ages; from 4 years old they pay the adult rate. A cot is always available for children aged 0 to 3 (€20 per night), extra bed on request (€40 per night).

- Not allowed, including hen and stag parties
